This is our wonderful rewards were you’ll collect points which can then be redeemed against future purchases. As a Pamper Point member you will also be entered into competitions to win treats and get exclusive access to events, new products and many other offers such as FREE delivery Days.

How do I join Pamper Points?

Its FREE and EASY! Simply create an account, Guest checkouts will not receive points. Remember to sign in whenever you make a purchase in order to receive your points.

How do I collect Pamper Points?

Points when you Subscribe, Points for your first purchase, Points for Reviewing a product and even more points when you give us a little mention on Facebook or Instagram.

What are Pamper Points worth?

They have no actual monetary value but can be used against future purchases. Members also receive special offers that are not advertised to any Tom, Dick or Harriet, they’ll just be for you.

100 Pamper Points = £5.00 / €6.00 off your next purchase
500 Pamper Points = £25.00 / €30.00 off your next purchase
1000 Pamper Points = £50.00 / €60.00 off your next purchase

How do I spend my Pamper Points?

You can spend your points online. You can spend any number of points you have and use them as part or full payment.
You earn points for every Pound or Euro you spend. Please remember you MUST be signed into your account in order to earn pamper points on your purchase.

How do I know how many points I have accumulated?

Your point balance will be accessible on your My Account page

Do my Pamper Points expire?

Yes, your Pamper Points will expire if you have been inactive/not purchased for the past 12 months (i.e. no earning or spending of points), then your points balance will be set back to zero. Make sure you spend and earn points within 12 months to retain your balance.
